ConceptStay Like a Local

RITA Yame Fukushima started from an encounter with local volunteers who spent two decades repairing roughly 80 historic townhouses.
All our guest rooms are located in buildings restored using traditional techniques by a group of local master craftsmen.
The craftsmanship of Yame’s artisans, including carpenters and plasterers, has shaped and nurtured the beautiful, nostalgic scenery you see today.
This traditional Yame lifestyle, rooted in everyday livelihoods, continues to thrive today.
Together, we call this the “Yame Fukushima Way of Life.”

We extend a warm welcome to everyone who’d like to experience this Yame Fukushima Way of Life.
Experience the Yame Fukushima Way of Life and embark on a journey that will spark new color in your life immediately.

The Flavors of Yame, Passed Down from Mother to Child
